Moms get together to talk at June workshop

The Mother’s Day Workshop & Brunch is a self-care workshop for moms who are under the weather and looking for some stress relief.

This event shows why mothers matter, with emphasis on their important contributions to the family. Moms will have time to relax and enjoy themselves by learning some mindfulness techniques and self-care tips. Mothers are burdened with many responsibilities that will soon wear them down both physically and mentally.

This workshop coins the term “you can’t pour from an empty cup” to illustrate why mothers could use a break from watching their kids and juggling all the chores.

The Mother’s Day Workshop & Brunch invites women to socialize at a place of comfort where they can be themselves without feeling the pressure of social expectations that define what a mother should be. Moms have to prioritize their mental wellbeing too, and this means accepting their flaws and chatting with old friends.

The Claim Jumper is where women can enjoy hours of leisure in an engaging and comfortable setting. They will learn practical mental wellness strategies while having a side of filing brunch. This venue is organized by Dr. Nicole L. Arkadie, who is a group therapy practitioner known for her community training workshops and expertise in mental wellbeing.

Women who live in Rancho Cucamonga have the opportunity to participate in the You Matter Too Mother’s Day Workshop & Brunch, which will be on June 13 at 11:00 am. Stationery printers can make Pens and Notebooks tailored to this sort of occasion.
