Adecco Staffing USA has announced it will try a new expanded service model that is designed to meet the distinctive needs of the area’s workforce.
Along with the current programs on its site, Adecco will introduce a new hub site service with the inaugural hubs being in Rancho Cucamonga and Santa Fe Springs. According to Adecco’s restructured service model, companies of the Inland Empire will be provided with additional onsite support to customize recruiting efforts.
With improved recruiting services available, more companies will likely locate in Rancho Cucamonga and Santa Fe Springs, and in turn increase business for local establishments such as Stationery printers, cleaning services, and restaurants.
Each hub site will work with four to six companies using a high-touch, collaborative approach to staffing needs. Hub site teams will be comprised of a site manager, manager of client support, and client support specialists, as well as recruiters.
In a press release on July 19, Adecco Staffing USA President Joyce Russell said:
"Our goal with this new service model is to stretch our footprint and hone in on our employer and candidate relationships so that we can keep engaging the best talent in the Inland Empire."
The company’s senior vice president, Kristy Willis, explained it was anticipated the pilot program would grow with the region, with a potential to expand into other U.S. markets.
