Humanitarian organization recruits members for happiness program

The Art of Living Foundation (AOLF) is opening up a free breath and meditation workshop called Beyond Breath, to teach people how to manage their stress and achieve inner peace when faced with a difficult situation.

The AOLF is a non-profit organization founded by philanthropist and spiritual leader, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, who advocates for self-improvement methods that would foster long-term happiness in people. Recently, they have asked the community of Rancho Cucamonga to join their Happiness Program, spreading the word to those who might have trouble controlling their negative thoughts.

They believe that the Beyond Breath workshop would innovate meditation, which is why they want people to realize the benefits of the Sudarshan KriyaTM breathing technique. This exercise can help people alleviate their deep-rooted anxiety, raise their productivity levels, stop dwelling on the past, and overcome self-defeating beliefs.

Participants are encouraged to learn about guided meditation while they prepare for therapeutic activities. There will be instructors to give advice on how to deal with overwhelming emotions or surround oneself with positive people of similar interests. Promotional Products can be given away at these events; one example is an energy drink that relaxes the mind.

The Beyond Breath meditation workshop will create a quiet environment for attendees at the RC Family Resource Center in Rancho Cucamonga, starting on Saturday, November 9, at 11:00 am.
