The Maybe We Shouldn’t Call It Hangtown Funk Festival has an official start date, and Placerville music enthusiasts will want to take note to come out and support local bands and musicians. The festival, open to interested parties 21 and over, aims to provide a funky setting where like-minded individuals can dance and sing the day away.
The in-person event will provide free parking for a hassle-free experience. Refreshing beverages, including wine and beer, will be available through the host venue. Attendees who choose to drink are asked to do so responsibly and arrange for a designated driver to promote safety in the community.
