Placerville will soon be holding a live outdoor concert as a means to celebrate the end of the summer season. This event is now in its sixth year, and it has come to represent a way to usher in the fall.
The 6th Annual Placerville Shrimp & Boil Concert is being hosted by Myka Estates, and it will be headlined by the group FBI. This Sacramento-based cover band is known for its extensive repertoire, including popular renditions of numbers like My Girl, Play That Funky Music, Respect Yourself, Soul Man, and Superstition.
In addition to live music, guests can also enjoy a shrimp dinner. The menu includes Cajun shrimp, Lockford sausages, heated baguettes with herb butter, potatoes, and corn on the cob. This food is included within the price of the ticket, although desserts can be purchased at an additional charge.
