Placerville site to celebrate wine and art

For 2018, the El Dorado Country Fair Grounds will host the annual Art & Wine with Something More event in January.

The El Dorado Country Fair Grounds is located at 100 Placer Drive Mark D in Placerville. It has many events all year round for residents and visitors, including this adults-only one.

Hosted by Mother Lode Rehabilitation Center, this is a unique event where proceeds benefit local charities. Local artists display their artwork in a festive atmosphere.

Over 20 local wineries, breweries, and distilleries will be serving their special wines and craft beers to customers. Placerville has many of its own. Over 20 restaurants and caterers will have food available, offering a wide variety of different cuisines to try.

There is outdoor seating available at the fairgrounds for customers, along with music, entertainment, silent auctions, and raffles with a chance to win incredible prizes.

Placerville has printing companies that can help out with printing projects for non-profit organizations, businesses, clubs, and associations. They can assist with event flyer printing for special events.

The festival will take place on January 20 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
