The Gardens of the Hills Tour and Crafts Fair is taking place next month for two days. All proceeds will be donated to the Assistance League of the Sierra Foothills.
The event will be providing tours to areas gardens and private oases, which will include the Sherwood Demonstration Garden and the Four Seasons Community Garden. Many gardens are included in the tour and they will be located in communities all over the Sierra Foothills, such as Placerville.
There will be raffles, a wine and olive tasting, and a craft fair featuring homemade arts and crafts for sale such as handmade jewelry, pottery, and paintings. Musical entertainment will be provided by artists like Caffe Santoro, Flavor Face, and Seven Sisters.
No doubt people from all over the Sierra Foothills, and many located in Placerville, will be interested in taking the tour or at least attending the crafts fair. Organizers may distribute Flyers or Posters to spread the word.
The Gardens of the Hills Tour and Crafts Fair will take place from May 6 to 7. Tickets are $27 for adults and $10 for children. The craft fair will take place at the Valley View Elementary School Gymnasium in El Dorado Hills. Admission is free of charge.
