Petaluma River Festival to return for another summer

In 2020, a local body of water was dredged, removing large amounts of debris and silt, and a special festival will celebrate the newly revamped river.

The Petaluma River Festival will be coming back in 2021, and it will recognize all this local waterway has to offer. It is being hosted thanks to the efforts of the Petaluma Sunrise Rotary Club and the Petaluma Downtown Association, and it will hark back to the 1990s when the original River Festival used to take place.

Everyone who attends the celebration will be able to enjoy activities, and food will be on offer as well. Paddleboard and boat races, wine and beer gardens, games, and live music are all on the agenda, and there will be special fun just for the kids as well. Some of what is on offer is being kept under wraps until closer to the festival’s scheduled date.

Organizing a large function like this may not always be an easy task, especially when it comes to keeping on budget. A banner printing company will be able to help by offering affordable products and services, as well as expert advice.

The newly revised Petaluma River Festival will be making its return on August 28, and it will be set up at the Petaluma Turning Basin located at 150 Weller Street.
