Petaluma residents may want to clear their schedules in anticipation of a seminar devoted to healthy cooking that will be taking place in late January. This hands-on class is meant to offer up a selection of tasty recipes that also provide healthier alternatives to traditional meals.
The 2026 New Year's Healthy Cooking Demo is being hosted by BZP Petaluma, and the Petaluma Health Center. All courses will be presented by Antonia de Heinrich; a renowned local nutritionist currently employed with Nourish 108. She will answer questions from guests, provide informative demonstrations, and offer up a host of culinary tips so that even those with little experience in the kitchen can become actively involved.
Once the seminar has been completed, she will also be hosting a short question-and-answer session. This presents yet another way for the community to become involved.
Events associated with relatively small audiences will normally use a selection of efficient advertising techniques. Some common approaches include flyer printing, distributing Brochures in advance of the seminar, and simple word of mouth.
The Petaluma New Year's Health Cooking Demo will be held on Wednesday, January 21st from 12 PM to 1 PM at the Petaluma Health Center located at 1179 North McDowell Boulevard. While tickets are not required to attend, organizers ask those who wish to participate to send an RSVP in advance.
