Petaluma hunts for treasure

Individuals who are up for a mental and physical challenge can join in a fun group treasure hunt in just a couple of weeks.

The ‘Great Petaluma Treasure Hunt’ will take participants on a wild goose chase around downtown Petaluma. After making a treasure hunt team, groups can work together to examine clues and brainstorm answers. The solutions will take them on a race through local establishments, parks, and prominent locations in the area. Since this is an active event, good footwear is recommended.

The treasure hunt costs $15 per person. Maps will be provided, and prizes for the top three teams, along with the best name and costume, will be distributed.

The event’s proceeds will help fund the 'Annual Butter and Eggs Days' parade. Each year, this event is held to celebrate everything grown and raised in the area. Contests, activities, and, of course, a parade are highlights of the event, which offers a time for the community to gather and appreciate its bounty.

Mastermind Treasure Hunts is behind the event, and organizes a range of other treasure hunts in city settings. It is likely that the company has used printing services to make Flyers and Posters for the event.

The fun begins on August 16 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. The treasure hunt starts and ends at Theater Square located at 151 Petaluma Boulevard.
