The Marin Conservation League works to protect the local environment, and during a Petaluma area event, it will be saluting some of its environmental heroes.
The organization has planned its annual meeting and dinner, and the public is welcome to come to the function. It will provide those who do with an opportunity to learn more about the organization and what it does, as well as pay homage to some of the people who have worked hard to help it meet its goals.
The evening will include both dinner and a no-host bar, and there will be an election of the Marin Conservation League officers and directors for the upcoming year. After this, there will be a presentation of awards to those who have made environmental achievements, and guest speaker General Manager of Sonoma County Water Agency’s Grant Davis will address the attendees. A raffle has also been planned.
Tickets must be purchased ahead of time, as they will not be available at the door. A local printer will be able to supply specially designed awards and other Corporate Gifts for use during an event like this.
