The Petaluma area will be getting some extra sparkle this holiday season thanks to a special event that will welcome a diverse range of lighted vehicles.
Whether they want to enter a decorated car, motorcycle, bike, golf cart, or even an 18-wheeler, everyone is invited to enter the Penngrove Holiday Lights Parade, which promises to be an exciting event. As a nod to the area's agricultural heritage, farm tractors will be getting in on the fun, and there is no registration fee to pay.
Vehicles will wind their way along main street, and local businesses will be selling food such as pizza, soup, and hot cider. Penngrove 4-H will have a stand set up where the public can purchase cups of hot chocolate, and the planners of the occasion may be reached at 707-794-1516. There is no charge to take part in the parade.
Hosting a community function can bring residents of a city together in a spirit of celebration. Marketing materials for the occasion will be available at area printers, which will have banner printing and their promotional services on offer.
This chance for the Petaluma area to light up the night has been scheduled for December 19. Anyone who would like to add their vehicle to the procession is asked to download and fill out the registration form, which must be submitted by no later than December 16.
