Women focus on their health in Napa
Women can learn more about a healthy lifestyle at the first 'Annual Women’s Health Conference' in Napa, which gets underway in just a few days. Throughout the day, various speakers will enlighten guests on improving their well-being.
The $99 registration includes breakfast, lunch, and enrollment. Speakers will include a financial advisor, life coach, and several medical experts.
Brenda Knight, founder of 'Ladies in Red', will host the event. Knight is a motivational speaker and educational leader. 'Ladies in Red' was formed to encourage women to better themselves. Each year, the organization holds events like luncheons to empower women.
To make the event happen, 'Ladies in Red' has partnered with American Canyon Family Resource Center (ACFRC). In order to promote the group and the conference, the event organizers may have used stationery printers to create flyers and other items for their business needs.
The conference will be held at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards. The establishment offers wine tastings, along with food and wine pairings, as well as a fireplace and views of the valley.
The inaugural Annual Women's Health Conference will kick off on August 9 and continue each Saturday until November 1. The conference takes place from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm.
