Napa evening to teach secrets of preparing perfect pasta
Whether refined or rustic, pasta is a food that is enjoyed by many. A Napa establishment is offering an evening of cookery that will include a chance to get some hands-on experience in pasta preparation.
The Village’s culinary team will be hosting an event that will see the attendees head to the kitchen. They will watch a demo of pasta making techniques, and will be invited to roll up their sleeves and join in.
Once the prep portion of the evening is over, the group will sit down to enjoy a meal that will include a chance to taste the pasta they just prepared. The meal will have three courses and specially selected wine pairings will be served with each. The ticket price for the experience is $90 each, and registration is now open.
When it’s time to go home, each of the students will walk away with some experience with pasta-making techniques as well as recipe cards so they can give them a try at home. These can be prepared by a printing services company, and if they are laminated, they can be wiped clean should a kitchen spill occur.
