Napa area ladies to enjoy spring celebration
April brings with it the arrival of spring, and Napa area women will be marking the occasion with a May Day style celebration.
The Sonoma Valley Women’s Club has organized an afternoon that will give them many opportunities to meet other local ladies. Dubbed “May Day Merriment,” its organizers suggest it could be an idea for a girls’ day out or brunch, and tickets start at $40.
The guests at the function will be treated to an afternoon tea with an assortment of sandwiches and other sweet and savory items, The venue will be decorated for the occasion with maypoles and flowers.
