Horse lovers to unite at anniversary celebration
Individuals who enjoy horses can take part in a 75th anniversary celebration at the Napa Valley Horsemen’s Association.
The festivities will include Clydesdale wagon rides, children’s games, and an entertaining rodeo performance featuring music and horses. Guests can enjoy tri-tip cuts of beef, hot dogs, and beverages. General admission is $10, while children ages 10 and under are free. Parking is also free.
Back in 1939, the non-profit organization formed to fill a horsemanship need. Since then, it has provided the community with horse education and training, clinics, student scholarships, and fundraiser facilities. The grounds have a clubhouse, a barn, fenced in areas, and plenty of open space to enjoy too.
Individuals who take advantage of membership with the association have the opportunity to board their horses at the facilities. Fun parties, horse shows, and various group horse rides are some of the other perks of being a member.
In order to attract new members and supporters, the organization may have asked brochure printers in Napa to create a handout. A colorful brochure could inform visitors about the benefits of membership, and all of the features the grounds have to offer.
The celebratory event begins on June 7th at 9:30am, while the arena show begins at 1:00pm. The Napa Valley Horsemen’s Association is located at 1200 Foster Road. For more information, call 707-266-6335.
