Fork-free lobster dinner planned for Napa seafood lovers
Eating lobster can be a messy affair, but for many seafood lovers, it’s worth the trouble. Seatings for a family-style feed of freshly caught lobsters will soon be on offer for Napa, and it will be served with all the fixings.
This evening of fork-free dining will pair wines from Trinitas Cellars with lobster, as well as potatoes, prawns, artichokes, corn, onions, and freshly baked bread. As the food will be served al fresco, the diners will be able to watch the stars while they enjoy their meal.
Each ticket holder for the evening will get one lobster, and the other fare will be served family-style. The wine will be flowing freely, and at the end of the occasion, the guests will receive corporate gifts they can take home with them. The organizers noted that those who plan on taking part in the function may wish to stay in the community for the entire weekend, and Vista Collins is now open for bookings.
The guests for this event are asked to arrive by no later than 6:00 pm and dinner will be served to the diners at 7:00 pm. Once the meal is over, there will be music and dancing, and the evening will wrap up at 9:00 pm.
