A wine dinner is being organized in the Laguna Niguel area next month, offering foodies and wine enthusiasts a fun opportunity to gather and indulge.
The Frank Family Wine Dinner is getting ready to welcome dinner guests soon for an immersive, five-course dinner experience that pairs entrees with local wines, and area enthusiasts are welcome to join. The menu will feature multiple options that have been curated and crafted by a chef, with each being complemented by wines from the Frank Family vineyards.
The evening is setting up to be a memorable one for attendees who want to elevate their taste buds. Some of the culinary options that are included in the experience are a sea bass entree served with mushrooms and Beurre rouge, crab cake bites served with an herb salad, and a phyllo tart served with caramelized onions and herb Boursin cheese.
The final entree will be pork belly served with a sweet potato puree, followed by a butter cake for dessert. Printing services can design and offer professional single-use Menus for restaurants hosting such events. All interested parties must be 21 years old or older to attend the wine dinner.
The Chart House, located in nearby Dana Point, will host the wine dinner, scheduled for Thursday, January 22nd. It will run from 7:00 to 10:00 PM. Tickets are $149 per guest online.
