Flag football league to kick off in Laguna Niguel

Athletes in Laguna Niguel who wish to stay active this spring are in luck, as a local organization has announced an eight-week flag football season in town.

The Wednesday Night Coed Turf Flag Football League, which is being organized by Beach City Sports, has announced that its season will kick off on March 11th, marking the first week of games for the eight-week schedule. The organizers are excited to bring the league to fruition after an extensive search to find a suitable location.

Participants can expect the games to be fun and high-energy affairs with a social group of athletes. Spots are limited, and local athletes who do not want to miss the first season are encouraged to sign up early. Free agents are welcome to sign up, and organizers will match each free agent with a squad. Poster printing can help spread the word about such events and leagues in the community, increasing excitement and registrations.

Small groups and full teams are also encouraged to register to join the league. The league will use a 7v7 coed format, and games will be officiated by trained referees.

The games will be held at the Crown Valley Community Center in Laguna Niguel, with games starting at 7:30 and 8:30 PM. Registration is $89.95 per player, and players can sign up online.
