Officials of Concord, California have announced that the Taste of Concord – a popular event featuring dozens of local restaurants and merchants – will be returning this year. The event – the 16th of its kind – offers a variety of new activities.
According to organizers from the local Kiwanis Club, this year’s event is meant for families and Concord residents who are interested in sampling the local restaurant scene. Officials have said they will soon have a full count of restaurants available, and individuals should check the event website for additional information.
This year’s event is expanding to offer wine and beer from some of the county’s most prestigious wineries and breweries. For a $30 donation, attendees can also sample food from a variety of local restaurants.
Other vendors and nearby businesses will be in attendance, giving attendees the chance to sample local goods, check out Promotional Products, and explore downtown Concord.
The event will be held on October 8, 2023, and will run from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. It will take place in Todos Santos Plaza, which is located at 2175 Willow Pass Road, in Concord.
