Pizza My Heart is coming to Walnut Creek this spring, and those who live in Concord may want to make the short trip to enjoy this experience in dining.
The eatery will be at the corner of California and Botelho, where the restaurant Project Pie was located until it closed in October. Pizza My Heart has restaurants throughout the state of California and distinguishes itself by trying to build a fun atmosphere, but also with a beach-like and surf-based theme. The pizzeria is open every day of the year except Thanksgiving and Christmas and, in keeping with the theme, is particularly busy during the surfing season.
The restaurant is planning an opening sometime in the spring. Prior to opening, it is offering to people who live in Walnut Creek a free T-shirt and a certificate for a free slice of pizza at the restaurant. It also promoting its Kids’ Birthday Club, where children can receive a free slice of pizza on their birthday. Pizza My Heart will also be planning several outreach programs to schools and nonprofits within the area.
