Music royalty to perform in Concord

A legendary group will be bringing their latest tour on the road after a long wait.

Iron Maiden have spent over four decades creating and cementing their legacy in the heavy metal genre, as well as the wider music industry. Members currently include Steve Harris, Adrian Smith, Bruce Dickinson, Dave Murray, Nicko McBrian, and Janick Gers.

Touring throughout the decades, the band has continued to reach new audiences with these performances. They have also gone on to win several awards, including a Grammy for “El Dorado” in the category of Best Metal Performance. A few of the songs from their 17 total studio albums are “The Writing on The Wall,” “Transylvania,” “The Red and the Black,” “Brave New World,” and “Blood Brothers.”

The Legacy of the Beast World Tour will be making a stop at the Concord Pavilion. Tickets range in price from $54.50 to $784, with some of the higher prices being set at resale values. For $64.50 buyers can get access to a rented chair along with a spot on the lawn. Trivium will serve as the opening act for the concert. Merchandise displaying a graphic design related to the artists performing is often for sale at similar events. By purchasing tickets, attendees agree to follow whatever safety guidelines are in place at the time of the show. Doors for the concert are set to open at 7:30pm on September 27.
