Hiring outstanding employees is only part of running a business; keeping them is just as important. An upcoming seminar will discuss the subject.
According to business experts, if an employee gives notice because another company literally made them an offer they were unable to refuse, this is a warning that the organization could lose more valuable employees to similar “thefts” of their talent in the future. An upcoming seminar is designed to teach ways in which organizations can retain their best people by keeping them passionate and engaged in regard to their work with their company. Doing so will make it difficult for other organizations to “poach” talented performers.
The seminar, entitled “YOU’RE HIRED! Now, How Do I Keep You Happy and Enthusiastic About Your Work?” features Jody Bagno-Dill as the speaker. Bagno-Dill co-founded Jazz Business Consulting, and several of her clients have won the distinction of being labeled some of the “Best Places to Work in the Bay Area.” Her success has taught her what companies must do to hire and retain the best people.
The seminar is set for March 26, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, at 1320 Willow Pass Road in Concord. Only companies that are currently clients of the consulting firm BBSI are eligible to attend the workshop. Brochure printing can be used to create materials for sessions like this.
