West Los Angeles shelter plans adoption drive

This Thanksgiving Weekend, some companion animals in need will be finding a forever home, thanks to an adoption drive planned for West Los Angeles and the rest of the area as well.

LA Animal Services wants to spread the word that November can be a great time of the year to bring home a new furry family member. Its Happy Thanksgiving Adoption Weekend will offer lowered fees and other perks, and there's lots of pets in need of a helping hand.

Dogs and cats as well as rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and other small animals will all be looking for loving homes, and all six LA City shelters will be participating. The pets will all be neutered or spayed, and they will also be microchipped, licensed and be up to date with their vaccines. The adopters will also receive a certificate towards veterinary care, and dogs may qualify for free training.

Shelters and other organizations help to make sure no companion animal gets left out in the cold. A poster printing company can lend a hand with a fundraising campaign by preparing a variety of marketing materials.

LA Animal Services’ West Los Angeles shelter which is located at 11361 West Pico Boulevard, will be participating in this adoption drive on November 29th and November 30th. Its website includes information as well as a link that shows adoptable animals.
