West Los Angeles library welcomes SEC reps

The West Los Angeles Regional Branch Library serves as a valuable community resource, and it is preparing for an event that may help residents improve their financial health.

The Library will be offering the public an opportunity to pick up some tips that may help when it comes to family finances. It has partnered with the Los Angeles Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to host the activity, and it will be running for two hours.

The booth will be manned by representatives of the SEC, and they will be providing information about topics including the value of building wealth through investing and saving. Tips will also be shared for avoiding a variety of common scams. The reps will be able to answer questions from the public, and everyone can find out how to access even more details online. Anyone with a disability who requires an accommodation to take part has been asked to contact the library at least 72 hours in advance.

Information booths may attract attention, especially if they are distributing Promotional Products along with information. A brochure printing company can prepare a variety of items to hand out to the crowd.

The Library has scheduled this learning opportunity for Monday, January 12. It will be welcoming the public from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
