A West Los Angeles workshop will provide the inside scoop on how to prepare the edible artistic arrangement that is a charcuterie board.
Bloom Boom Flower Shop will be the venue for a hands-on class that will craft classically styled boards containing meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, and other components. Tickets may be reserved in advance for $80, and the session will be interactive, with time for questions.
The session can be enjoyed people of all levels of food preparation experience, and anyone interested is welcome to attend on their own or with a friend. Everyone will be able to sample the fruits of their labors while they sip on some wine and take in tunes provided by a DJ. A photo booth will be set up to catch some pictures of the fun, and at the end of the class, the learners will be able to take their creation home with them.
