When submitting your file to our pre-press staff, full color pages should be in CMYK format, images should be at least 300dpi, and should have a minimum 1/8″ bleed (see videos). - Larger sizes up to 6.125″ x 11.5″ qualify for standard mail presort rates

Turnaround
Standard Production: Short run Postcards produced on our digital presses in various sizes are completed in 1 to 2 days. Longer runs produced on our offset equipment are ready in 3-5 work days.
Same Day Production: When available, press ready artwork received and approved by 10 a.m. on short run digital orders will be ready for pick up by 5 p.m. the same day. All digital, short run, production jobs ready to Print after 10 a.m. will be ready for pick up the next work day by 4 p.m.
RUSH production: When available, press ready artwork received and approved in the store can be ready in 3 to 5 hours (not including mail preparation time). (rush charges applicable)
