Trussville dancing performance raises funds to combat cancer

An upcoming gala is planning to bring the Trussville community together in a few weeks in support of a good cause through dance and dinner.

The 2026 Dancers Against Cancer Trussville Gala has an official date in the Books for next month, giving area residents the opportunity to build the fundraising event into their plans. The family-friendly gala is aiming to raise money for local families to support cancer treatments for their loved ones.

In addition to supporting families in Trussville, the money raised will go to National Dancers Against Cancer and the University of Alabama-Birmingham Neuro-Oncology department. Attendees will enjoy a flavor-packed dinner and bid on unique items through both a live and silent auction. The evening will be capped off with a dance showcase performed by local youth. Flyer printing offers a cost-effective way to build excitement and support for such events in the community.

Interested parties will have two types of table reservations to choose from, with both VIP and general admission options available. Guests who do not wish to eat dinner can purchase balcony tickets to watch the dance performances while supporting the cause.

The Trussville Civic Center, located on Clay Road, will be the host site for the gala, which will start at 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 21. Tickets can be purchased online. VIP tables are $500, general admission tables are $250, and balcony tickets are $20.
