Drumline competition gets Trussville in rhythm

Lovers of music and marching bands are in for a holiday treat in Trussville next month, as the top drumlines in Alabama will arrive and compete for the title.

The Not So Silent Night 2025 Drumline Competition will be coming to Trussville just a few days before Christmas, providing a stage for the top high school drumlines in the region to show off their skills in front of a live audience. The event is expected to have an electric atmosphere built around holiday-themed performances.

Guests will get to witness the top 10 drumlines battle for the top spot with cash and trophies on the line. Fans and families will have access to promotional codes, allowing them to enjoy lower ticket prices. Raffles and giveaways will also be held. Poster printing is an excellent way to use images and text to build awareness of such events while doubling as souvenirs for fans and collectors.

The atmosphere will be fun for the entire family. The smallest cash prizes are set at $500, giving each team the chance to leave as big winners. The Freestyle Percussion Foundation will organize the event.

The competition will be held at the Trussville Civic Center on Clay Road. It is scheduled for Sunday, December 21, starting at 3:30 PM. Tickets are available for $15 per person online.
