Craft supply exchange opens door to creativity in Trussville

The Trussville Public Library is working on arranging a supply swap for the community to make arts and crafts more accessible for interested parties.

The Craft Supply Swap 2025 will kick off in a few weeks, welcoming creatives, artists, and other like-minded individuals to the Cahaba Project. It is an ideal setting for Trussville residents to donate unwanted craft supplies that can aid others’ projects. Visitors can find the resources they need to discover a new hobby or passion.

Individuals who donate crafting supplies between January 4th and 10th will receive a voucher to enter 30 minutes early on the day of the event. It is an ideal setting for Trussville residents to find what they need to start a project, and no experience or donations are necessary to enter. Flyer printing is a fantastic way to promote such events and bring in more donations from around the town.

All donations must be in good condition and ready for use. Vinyl, jewelry supplies, markers, Pens, knitting needles, and fabric are among the top items in demand for the event. Interested parties can contact the Adult Department at the library for more information.

The Trussville Public Library will host the craft supply exchange on Saturday, January 11th. Visitors are welcome to enter at 1:00 PM. General admission is free, and interested parties can RSVP online.
