The Monte Sano Art Festival is coming once again to Huntsville for its 16th year this September.
Last year the event, which is partly presented by the Huntsville Art Council, won the Best of Huntsville Award in the arts category.
The festival is always held on the third weekend of September, and is set to feature over 200 artists and crafters. They will be selling such items as watercolors, ceramics, sculptures, soaps, and lotions. In addition, the Lodge Exhibition will feature some of the same artists, as well as invited artists from all over the United States; these works will be just for display.
Visitors can enjoy unique food concessions and music at the lodge. Among those confirmed to perform are Laura Samples, Stings of Pearl, the Madison Community Orchestra, and Winslow Davis.
Volunteers are still needed to sit in booths, sell food, and help with the Lodge Exhibition, among aspects of the festival. Organizers will likely want to market it all over the Huntsville area – a process that may involve investing in services from local brochure printers. Items like Brochures can be distributed through mail or local establishments.
The Monte Sano Art Festival takes place at Monte Sano State Park on September 20th from 9:00am - 5:00pm and admission is free. To learn more about the event, call 256-653-3654.Get a Free Quote for Brochures
