Event producer Jasmine Ross-McKinney will present The Vo’Lux Experience, a curated bridal and celebration showcase designed to connect engaged couples and party hosts with regional vendors.
The gathering will feature décor installations, tablescape presentations and networking opportunities with planners, bakers, florists and beauty professionals.
Attendees will be able to explore styled displays, sample light refreshments and participate in an interactive design activity focused on developing a personalized event concept. A structured agenda includes opening remarks from Ross-McKinney, vendor engagement sessions, prize drawings and the presentation of a Vendor Prestige Award recognizing excellence in creativity, professionalism and guest interaction. The selected vendor will receive promotional recognition and placement benefits at a future showcase.
Admission requires advance registration. General entry is free and includes a swag bag and one raffle ticket. A VIP upgrade is available for $15 and provides a premium gift bag, one raffle ticket and access to additional prize opportunities through an interactive signature-based activity. Registration can be completed through the Eventbrite listing.
Ticket sales conclude April 17. Organizers note that tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another guest. Organizers of events such as this one often use poster printing to generate awareness.
The showcase is scheduled for Saturday, April 18, at the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library in Huntsville, Alabama. The Event programming will run from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
