Two-part festival set up for the entire family
Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment is presenting a couple of festivals on one day this May.
The first event planned is the Good Day Children's Festival. The theme of this year's festival is ‘Good day gets the blues’, and everyone who attends is encouraged to wear blue jeans or denim dresses. The day will feature music, gardening, and hands-on activities. Performers will include Microwave Dave and jugglers. There will also be martial arts and other demonstrations taking place.
Later on in the evening, it is the parents’ time to have fun. The Good Night Grown Folks Festival is set to feature all sorts of fun activities. There will be video games, a lip-sync battle, dodge ball, and a dance-off. Guests are also welcome to bring their own picnic.
Proceeds from both festivals will benefit the Good Day Playground Fund. The flyer that is available to help advertise these events in Huntsville was most likely created with the help of area printing companies.

The children's even gets things started from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and the adult festival will take place from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Admission for both is $7 for each car.
