A longstanding holiday tradition continues in Huntsville, with the 37th Spirit of Christmas Past Home & Luminary Tour set to take place.
Huntsville’s Twickenham Historic District is the site of the tour, which is presented each year by the Twickenham Historic Preservation District Association. Luminary-lit streets provide a festive holiday atmosphere for those who come to tour the four historic private homes and three public buildings, each decked out in holiday splendor.
Last year was the tour’s biggest year to date and sponsors have worked hard to outdo it this year. A lot of effort goes into making the overall experience a fun one, in addition to the tours themselves. Moreover, promotion, such as that provided by a poster printing service or via the distribution of Flyers, for an event such as this is crucial.
Live music and luminaries set the mood while visitors visit the Weeden House Museum, Helion Lodge, and First United Methodist Church, in addition to four private homes. The cost for the tour is $15 for adults, and children 12 and under are admitted for $5. Tickets can be purchased at any number of Huntsville-area businesses, as well as at any of the homes on the night of the event.
The tour takes place from 5:00 to 9:00 pm tomorrow, December 12, with all proceeds going to the Weeden House Museum and Garden.Get a Free Quote for Flyers
