Huntsville workshop to deal with childhood trauma

This January, Huntsville-based Coach Katt will hold the Create Change: Update Patterns Related to Childhood Trauma, a virtual workshop to help those struggling with the ramifications of traumatic childhoods.

Coach Katt is a somatic and human design coach who is certified in the mastery method. She helps those individuals who have been affected by childhood trauma release themselves from negative patterns and coping mechanisms to reclaim their lives and find fulfillment. The January workshop is designed for those who wish to move away from self-sabotaging patterns and make actual changes in their lives.

The workshop will delve into how childhood trauma affects people in their adult lives and how becoming aware of these patterns can help integrated change happen. Coach Katt will share her method of working with oneself and feeling empowered to make active change to become one’s authentic self. Attendees will need to bring pen and paper and an open mind to the Zoom workshop.

Even virtual events like this may be advertised using more traditional methods, such as poster printing and flyer printing, to create more of a buzz and reach different audiences.

The free virtual workshop is scheduled for January 8, beginning at 12:00 pm. Even those who can’t make the event live will be able to benefit from the workshop as a recording will be sent out after the event.
