Huntsville to host Southeasts premier arts festival

Huntsville will celebrate the 41st Annual Panoply Arts Festival next month as artists, musicians, and other creatives share their works with the public.

The Panoply Arts Festival is hailed as the Southeast’s premier arts, crafts, and music festival, with a special emphasis on Huntsville’s innovative art scene. More than 100 artists specializing in visual media will be showcasing their works and products at the much-loved Art Marketplace. There will be everything from sculptures and paintings to jewelry and home crafts for guests to peruse. For music lovers, two sound stages will be set up to host over 30 musical performances from both local musicians and dancers, as well as national acts. Some genres that will be represented include hip-hop, ballet, classical dance, and cultural dances.

Other entertainment and activities at the festival include children's interactive stations, arts and crafts, puppet shows, and theater acts. There will also be culinary artisan food trucks present to feed the crowds. For adult refreshments, there will be craft beer and wine booths. Vendors participating in festivals like this may decide to update their supply of Business Cards to better connect with festival attendees.

The Huntsville art festival is scheduled for April 28 through April 30. It will take place at Big Spring Park, which is located at 200 Church Street, Huntsville.
