Those looking to ignite the fires of their creativity should note that Studio 127 in Huntsville will host the Nurture Your Creative Soul Tiny Retreat next month.
Studio 127 is a working art studio housed in Lowe Mill, which is one of the country’s largest privately owned art centers. The studio offers a variety of art classes, such as painting workshops, mixed media classes, art journaling events, and personal art workshops. The classes are taught in a warm, inclusive atmosphere with no competition or stress. The retreat happening in February follows along these lines of allowing participants to explore their creativity in a stress-free environment.
The retreat experience will begin with an overview and packet pickup, which will be in a come-and-go format just for participants to get situated. Attendance is not necessary on this day. The retreat space will be roomy and comfortable with four workstations, each set up with a different art technique to try. There will also be a swap room designated for participants to bring any supplies they wish to trade.
