Frontier Airlines expands its operations

A passenger carrier that flies from Huntsville International Airport is adding a new set of flights to its schedule.

Frontier Airlines will now be flying three times weekly to Orlando from Huntsville and back as of June 1. This particular route previously had two flights a week. Promotional Products such as travel pillows could be used to market new flight routes.

Huntsville International Airport also announced that it will be restarting its round trips from Huntsville to Denver on May 1 after taking a short hiatus because of low demand during the winter months.

Frontier Airlines’ vice president of network and operational design, Josh Flyr, said:

“We’re excited to continue our success in Huntsville by offering an additional weekly flight to Orlando and restarting service to Denver in June. We appreciate the outstanding partnership we have with the airport and community and look forward to welcoming area residents aboard.”

Another change made to Frontier’s flight schedules is the suspension of flights going from Mobile to Chicago and Denver. When the new service starts, Frontier’s flights to Orlando will be on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Departure time is set for 12:42 pm. The flights from Orlando to Huntsville depart at 10:47 pm.

Officials from Huntsville International support the expansion of Frontier’s routes because the airport has experienced 22 consecutive months of increasing demand for passenger flights, with 19 of those months enjoying double-digit increases.
