STEAMfest 2024 is scheduled to take place this November at The Orion.
The Orion, an 8,000-capacity music venue in Huntsville, Alabama, has earned widespread recognition since its start in 2022. Its location near Muscle Shoals Sound Studio ties it to the Americana Music Triangle.
STEAMfest aims to inspire a new generation of enthusiasts in Art, Science, Engineering, Technology, and Math (STEAM). Attendees of all ages can explore hundreds of interactive exhibits, participate in hands-on activities, and collect free science-related items. The event will feature a variety of exhibitors, including NASA, Northrop Grumman, the National Weather Service, the United States Space and Rocket Center, and several other local educational institutions and organizations.
Additionally, food trucks from Rocket City will be on-site around Apollo South, offering a variety of refreshments for purchase. After the main festival, attendees are encouraged to stay for "STEAMfest After Dark." This aspect will feature more live performances and activities.
Admission is free, and parking will be provided at no charge on behalf of Woody Anderson Ford. Individuals can visit the official event listing for more information about the festival, including exhibitor information and updates.
Banner printing can be used to highlight individual exhibits at events such as this one.
The festival will run from 10 am to 5 pm. The "STEAMfest After Dark" portion will run from 5 pm to 8 pm. The location will be at 701 Amphitheater Drive North West Huntsville, Alabama.
