New Time and Beef eatery opening in Cardiff

A brand new eatery set to launch in Cardiff will offer customers a unique combination of food and drink, as it switches between coffee shop and restaurant.

During the

day, Time and Beef will be a café serving a range of different coffees and teas, but in the evening it will be transformed into a high-grade cocktail and burger bar.

Those behind the venue, to be located in the Canton area of Cardiff, have stated that anyone dining there will be completely in charge of its menu. It will feature a system of box ticking, enabling them to choose customised vegan, vegetarian or meat burgers.

Speaking to Wales Online, Stephen Chambers, its manager, said:

“Stage one was to develop an independent Cardiff coffee shop where people could come and enjoy homemade cakes and artisan coffees in a trendy relaxed environment.”

He added that the next stage was to develop the restaurant side of the venture, which will be open between 6pm and midnight, and will provide seating for up to 80 people.

As with other food and drink outlets based in Cardiff, Time and Beef will have the choice of using places offering flyer printing, to help with promotions after it launches.

Time and Beef is expected to officially open its doors to the public on the 3rd of March, replacing the existing Cowbridge Road East café bar.
