The family-run company decided to make the deal during a period of uncertainty. Brochure printing services can be useful in the property sector, especially when demand for suitable accommodation may be on the up.
Ross Hooper Nash is the director of Jeffrey Ross. The organisation has offices throughout the Welsh capital. Nash told Insider Media:
"In these unprecedented times, some think this was a risky decision to take but we are very excited about the move; our market is changing pretty quickly so this is a hugely important phase in the development of our business.”
The office space is approximately a mile away from the centre of Cardiff. Savills brokered the arrangement between Jeffrey Ross and Aeron Properties. The hope is that the solution will enable the further expansion of Jeffrey Ross. In addition, the estate agency may be able to work much more closely with Seel and Co. There is no plan for a merger between these enterprises.
Gary Carver, who works for Savills, explained that the building is located next to restaurants, bars and shops. A view of Llandaff Fields is a bonus of the site. Jeffrey Ross has secured the lease for the next 10 years, with the building having access to parking spaces for more than 20 cars.
