This popular comic has acquired a reputation on the circuit for delivering original humour. Indeed, he has been selling out venues around the UK ever since arriving here over 20 years ago, thanks to his compelling, perceptive and mischievous style.
Stade explores a wide selection of topics from the familiar to the unusual, from plain jokes to quirky and lengthy anecdotes with surprising punchlines. He tackles many of the complexities of our rapidly changing society, musing on everything from progress to pronouns, including his 27-year marriage.
Stade also co-writes and is the co-star in Frankie Boyle's 'Tramadol Nights’ on Channel 4. Amongst his list of television credits are Channel 4's 'Comedy Gala', 'Stand Up for the Week' and BBC One's 'Live at the Apollo'.
