The showcasing of the present day city also seemed to go well.
With digital printing no doubt used to produce the blue and white Cardiff stand, and a model presenting the developer's Plans for the future, it is all just the start according to Ken Poole, the head of economic development for Cardiff Council.
Having had conversations with investors from Israel to London, and advising that projects are in the pipeline to the tune of £5 billion, Poole addressed an audience of delegates, saying:
“We’ve recognised that we have to do things a little bit differently. We have to be innovative. Hence, the establishment of the Cardiff Business Council which is […] going to be crucial and it’s different from other cities.”
He went on to explain how there is continued interest in developing student accommodation in the city, and said that transport through the city in the future would be critical to attract high levels of investment.
Saying that Cardiff's transport system is a 'game changer' for the future, Poole went on to say that investment in infrastructure on the whole is key.Get a Free Quote for Plans
