The stand-up comic, Ignacio Lopez, is on tour with his 'Nine Ig Fails' show and is due to play in Cardiff towards the end of November.
The Spanish national has been entertaining people around the world with his own distinctive brand of humour for over a decade. It all began with tickets for a Nine Inch Nails concert in LA with no money for transport and accommodation. Stand-up came to the rescue.
In the show, he explores the immigrant experience, his own family background, varying cultures and feelings of exclusion. His approach is acute observation encapsulated in quick wit, from a comedian who has achieved more than 100 million hits online.
A headliner in many leading comedy clubs throughout the UK, Ignacio also appears at corporate events, sports functions and local art centres. 2015 saw him deliver a set of sell-out festival performances, of which particular highlights were Edinburgh, Reading, Cardiff and Brighton.
He has featured on 'Live At The Apollo', and in 2016 he hosted his own self-produced TV comedy series called ‘Comedy Sheep Stand-Up’, broadcast UK-wide at weekends.
