Cardiff awaits arrival of TV comedian

Stand-up comic Lloyd Griffith is on the road with his latest show 'Baroque and Roll' which includes a performance in Cardiff at the beginning of September.

This presenter, actor, and trained choral singer first became involved in comedy in 2009. He now performs frequently at clubs all around the UK, whilst co-hosting 'Soccer AM' on Sky Sports.

His full list of TV credits is extensive, 'Ted Lasso' (Apple TV), '8 Out of 10 Cats' (Channel 4), 'Live At The Apollo', (BBC Two), 'Jonathan Ross' Comedy Club' (ITV 1) and 'It's A Sin' (Channel 4) amongst others.

Lloyd presented the BBC documentary 'Can You Beat the Bookies', and has appeared on radio shows such as 'Fighting Talk' (BBC 5Live) and 'Live Lounge Comedy Club' (BBC Radio 1). A Grimsby town football fan, he has also participated in several online football videos, notably 'Premier League Fan Reactions'.

After completing four stand-up tours of the UK, Lloyd acted as support for Jack Whitehall on his most recent nationwide tour of arenas. He is 40 this year complete with accompanying midlife crisis.
