A special preview night featuring two stand-up comedians is coming to Walthamstow this summer.
Walthamstow Trades Hall is set to present a comedy double bill featuring two talents from the UK stand-up circuit. Event venues where comedy nights are held often employ experts in graphic design to create promotional materials like Flyers and Posters featuring artists and acts.
For one night only, comedians Simon Evans and Ria Lina will be taking a turn each on stage introducing their new shows in a preview performance. A well-established UK comedian, Evans has appeared numerous times on television and performed his own Radio 4 series ‘Simon Evans Goes to Market’ for the BBC. He is also a mainstay of the Edinburgh Fringe festival and a prolific live performer, receiving four-star reviews from critics for his socio-political brand of comedy.
Fearless, funny and provocative, stand-up star Ria Lina made her critically acclaimed debut on the comedy show ‘Mock the Week’ and is fast becoming a household name here in Britain. She can be seen regularly on both the BBC and Dave in popular shows like ‘Have I Got News for You’ and ‘Late Night Mash’.
