Walthamstow to present second-hand sale

A market dedicated to pre-loved items will be held in Walthamstow later this year.

Bargain hunters and fans of jumble in Walthamstow won’t want to miss an upcoming event which is a first of its kind for its venue. The event is entitled the “Walthamstow Flea Market” and will make its debut in spring at trendy local microbrewery Big Penny Social.

Venues of all shapes and sizes hosting events like fairs and markets often connect with banner printing services that can create signage for stalls and stands staffed by sellers.

The six-hour-long event will be happening both inside and outside the Walthamstow warehouse-style microbrewery. Those purchasing a ticket to enter the market will get an opportunity to rummage for collectables to sell on at profit and seek out Personal Treasures to refresh their living spaces.

More than 60 hand-selected traders of vintage and flea items are anticipated to set up stalls at the event and attendees can expect a wide range of offerings. These include homeware, furniture, vintage clothing and textiles, curiosities, oddities and ornaments and salvaged fixtures and electricals.

The first Walthamstow Flea Market at Big Penny Social will now take place on Sunday, March 23. The microbrewery is based at 1 Priestley Way in London and admission is charged at £3.20 per person. The market opens at 11 am and will run until 5 pm.
