Special play sessions designed to suit children in Walthamstow under the age of five years old will be held later this year in autumn.
Families with little ones in Walthamstow can participate in an ongoing event designed by Waltham Forest Libraries called “Early Tiny Tots Stay and Play”. Suited to kids aged five or younger, the session is taking place in the children’s area of Walthamstow Library on weekday mornings for an hour between 12.00 pm and 1.00 am.
The event is one of the library’s “Best Start in Life Sessions” which uses the character of “Curious Carina” to promote children’s development and learning in the borough. Libraries sometimes work with gifted Graphic Design Services to create colourful artwork for adverts designed to engage kids and their parents and encourage participation in events.
The library sessions offer families with younger children a safe and friendly environment where their under-fives can meet other kids of a similar age to play and socialise. A wide range of different games and toys will be waiting in the library’s dedicated play area for children to interact with.
There will be an Early Tiny Tots Stay and Play session at Walthamstow Library on Tuesday, November 5. The local library can be found on Walthamstow High Street and the event is completely free to attend for children under-five.
