A Jazz festival is returning to Walthamstow for its second year next month.
The Walthamstow Jazz Festival is a single-day event and offers entertainment for those of all ages. Artists from across the UK will be arriving to play, along with international acts from across the Atlantic.
Front man of the popular Wu-Tang Clan, U-God will be taking the headline spot joined by the London band, Project Karnak. Other acts on the bill will include many established jazz acts such as Laura Jurd, Evan Parker, Binker Golding and Fat White Family.
The event will be held at different venues within the town, each located in close proximity of each other. The main stage will be at Truman’s Brewhouse on Priestley Way, with other festival sites near Black Horse Road underground station. Food and drink for the festival will be readily available from quality vendors including coffee from Perky Blenders and Dalston’s Sodas. Promoters of music festivals can use poster printing services to advertise events such as this with colourful one-sheets to encourage attendance.
The music extravaganza has also partnered up with Threads Radio, which will be live streaming the occasion. Early bird tickets are available for £25. Children between 8 and 13 benefit from a £5 entry fee but must be accompanied by adults.
The Walthamstow Jazz Festival will take place on February 15.
