A special festival for fans of sausages and cider is making a welcome return to Walthamstow later in the year.
Dubbed the Stow Sausage and Cider Festival, this weekend event will offer attendees a chance to savour some of the best food and drinks from the local area and across the UK.
A wide array of select ciders including fruity, dry, cloudy and scrumpy will be served throughout the two-day outdoor occasion, as well as plenty of other drinks to suit a range of tastes. Local gourmet favourites will be serving up snacks on site including sweet and savoury treats from the Dear Prudence Creperie and Walthamstow Dogs.
Festival organisers can sometimes take advantage of flyer printing services to create leaflets that invite the local community to attend events. The festival has been designed to be both dog and family friendly with a host of features designed for children including activities and inflatables to play on. The event favours an eco-friendly approach with reusable cups available for a £3 deposit.
The Stow Sausage and Cider Festival will take place on Saturday, September 12 and Sunday September 13 at the Walthamstow Cricket, Tennis and Squash Club on Greenway Avenue. Live music will provide a soundtrack for the festival with acts appearing on stage from midday onwards. The line-up of artists appearing is still to be announced.
